1. According to the constitution, the main members of the association are: A- General Assembly
B- Board of Directors
C- Inspector
2. Scientific committees of the association: The association can form the following groups and committees to operate based on the duties assigned to them by the board of directors.
1) Statistics and Information Committee;
2) Support Committee;
3) Public Relations and International Affairs Committee;
4) Education Committee;
5) Research Committee;
6) scientific meetings committee;
7) Publications Committee;
8) student committee;
9) Coordination Committee and Provincial Affairs;
10) Health law Committee;
11) Patients' law Committee;
12) Biotechnology Law Committee.
* The association is allowed to form other committees as needed.
3. Scientific Departments of the Association:
1) Medical Ethics Department;
2) Department of Medical Jurisprudence;
3) Health Law Department;
4) Pharmaceutical Law Department;
5) Dental Law Department;
6) Department of Psychiatric Law;
7) Paramedical Law Department;
8) Nursing Law Department;
9) Genetic Law Department;
10) International Medical Department;
11) Intellectual Property Department;
12) AIDS Law Department;
13) Artificial Intelligence Law Department;
14) Transgenders Law Department;
* The association is allowed to form other groups as per the need.
4. Types and conditions of membership in the forum:
1) continuous membership; Association institutions and all people who have at least a master's degree in one of the legal and related fields can become continuous members of the association.
2) affiliate membership; Persons who have a bachelor's degree and have been employed in one of the fields mentioned in the previous paragraph for a period of 5 years.
3) student membership; All students studying law.
4) honorary membership; Iranian and foreign personalities whose scientific position is of special importance in the fields of knowledge of medical law, or who have made effective and valuable contributions in advancing the goals of the association.
5) Institutional (legal) members Organizations that are active in related scientific and research fields can become members of the association.
